Last weekend was an eventful weekend. We started on Friday to go to Stockholm, we meet up with our friend Lars Lagestam and his colleague Raymond from SAAB. Lars is now relocated to Johannesburg in South Africa and was home for a short visit. Saturday was devoted to the motor show, awards and banquet. Mats got his bronze medal in the Swedish Championship. This was given out during Stockholm Lifestyle Show at the Stockholm International Fairs, Stockholm. In the evening there was a banquet and the FIA awards among others. Many prizes were awarded in various categories in motorsport. Drag racing is well represented out in Europe which was showed when four of five classes had all but two participants on stage. Mats, however, had nothing to gain this year in the European Championship. But we invest in the coming season. After a very nice party with good food, the best company and great entertainment we could on Sunday to go home tired but very satisfied.

Winner Michael Gullqvist did tell all about how he helped Mats to finde a parking lott at the crowded Älvsjö, when Mats almoast gave up to park the car.
